What matters most to me in my work
is that moment when I tell myself that, even if customers go home after a sometimes complicated day, I was able to bring them solutions that lighten their daily lives.
Helping them solve problems, saving them time, simplifying their lives… that’s a real source of satisfaction for me.
I feel like I’m contributing, in my own way, to their professional well‑being, and that… is precious.
Day to day, I like being close to my colleagues. Getting to know them, exchanging about our paths, our ideas, our worlds. That’s what fuels me.
My role on the Social and Economic Committee has also made me realise how much I care about quality of life at work.
I have a lot of energy, and I like putting it at the service of the collective. Making people laugh, sharing smiles, creating a positive atmosphere — because we spend a lot of time together,
and I believe it’s important to work in a good mood.
As for passions, I’m a big fan of video games, which I see as a true art form — a fascinating means of expression and creative freedom.
I also have a vegetable garden that I devote a lot of attention to, even if it’s not always easy!
Seeing my crops grow, then sharing a good meal with friends, is a real pleasure. And then there’s astronomy, which has fascinated me forever.
That big question: “are we alone in the universe?” inspires me and feeds my endless curiosity.
Otherwise, I’m from the Oise, from a small village called Ivors.
Why blg? For its open‑mindedness, its kindness, and the energy that drives each project. Seeing things evolve year after year is really motivating.
Today, I feel like I’m in the right place at the right time.
