blgCloud training

As part of deploying the blgCloud CRM or ERP, the blg team delivers its own training on‑site or remotely via videoconference. The training is adapted to each company’s trades and the roles of each user. Workshops are run by user role/position to master daily basic functions in blgCloud, as well as your company’s specific processes. Training always begins with a feature presentation, followed by practical cases carried out by the users themselves.

All our training courses are Qualiopi certified, a guarantee of quality and compliance with national standards. This certification acknowledges our commitment to providing rigorous training programs tailored to the needs of learners and businesses.

Depending on the modalities of the training following blgCloud applications, safety conditions apply differently if the training takes place by videoconference or on site. In the event of abandonment or interruption of a learner’s pathway, the training will be rescheduled and management will be informed. Management ensures that each trainee has access to a properly functioning computer and knows how to use a web solution (website or SaaS software (online software))
